What we collect

Inquiry form. Name, email, optional phone, and message content you submit through our same-domain handler at /api/inquiry. We use this solely to respond to your request for consulting information or engagement.

Cookie choice. Your accept/reject selection for this site’s cookie notice is stored locally in your browser (see our cookie notice). We do not use that choice for profiling.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract (PDPA legitimate interest and, where applicable, contract preparation) and to communicate about our services. Cookie preference storage is necessary to remember your choice (legitimate interest / consent where required).

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal claims or active engagements. You may ask us to delete earlier when no contract exists.

Recipients and transfers

Data is handled by our staff and infrastructure contracted to operate restart-nexus.digital. We do not sell personal data. Cross-border transfers, if any, use appropriate safeguards required by the PDPA.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@restart-nexus.digital; we respond within statutory timelines.

Security

We apply access controls and encryption in transit for form submissions. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or secrets through the inquiry form.
