Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026. Commercial durations below are proposed standard terms pending business confirmation.

Restart Nexus Software Consulting Co., Ltd. provides paid programming consulting through scoped projects and advisory sessions. This policy applies when fees have been invoiced and paid.

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when we cancel an engagement, when mutually agreed scope cannot be delivered, or when statutory consumer rights under Thai law apply.

Advisory sessions

Proposed: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours’ notice may be charged in full. Unused prepaid session blocks expire twelve months after purchase unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Project engagements

Proposed: Deposits are non-refundable once discovery work has started. For fixed-fee phases not yet started, you may cancel with written notice; we refund unearned portions minus documented third-party costs.

Work already performed

Hours delivered, commits merged with your approval, and reports already handed over are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email info@restart-nexus.digital or call +66-2-000-2306 with invoice number and reason. We aim to respond within ten business days.

Processing

Proposed: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Disputes

We prefer good-faith resolution. If unresolved, Thai consumer protection mechanisms may apply where you qualify as a consumer.
